I woke up feeling not super great to be honest. Starting to hit that point where you have a new lease on life and want to eat everything in sight, forgetting the pain I was in earlier.
Whenever I have a cold or something annoying but not debilitating I do everything I can to feel better (hella wellness shots!). When it’s over I usually only acknowledge it day-one, forgetting and moving on.
I’m trying to remind myself to check in with my health when things are great too, so I’m making a Google calendar reminder for every Wednesday at 3pm that asks how I’m feeling.
Maybe it will be good motivation for staying on the path of feeling awesome when I’m there. If so – totally worth talking to yourself via Google calendar.
